Environmentally Friendly Plastic Bag Innovation at the 2019 Plastic and Rubber Industry Product Exhibition

Jakarta, 9 July 2019 - This is the third time Greenhope, PT Harapan Interaksi Swadaya has participated in the annual event organised by the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, the 2019 Plastic & Rubber Industry Product Exhibition.

At the exhibition preparation technical meeting held on Thursday (4/7), Taufik Bawazier, Director of Downstream Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries, said that at this year's exhibition, the ministry wanted to focus on the theme of Industry 4.0, which integrates and innovates from upstream to downstream in industrial innovations made by domestic children that have high competitiveness in the global arena.

Therefore, Greenhope did not want to be left behind by utilising the moment to showcase its latest innovations in the field of biodegradable and environmentally friendly plastic technology. Still with its two big brands, Oxium (Oxo-biodegradable Plastic) and Ecoplas (Cassava-based degradable bioplastic) with new and innovative applications such as:
