SUMMARY
A Junior Digital Designer will focus on creating compelling visual content that communicates the company’s brand identity, core values/mission, and product innovation. The designer plays a key role in ensuring all visuals are aesthetically impactful, brand-consistent, and aligned with divisional goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy:
- Maintain and improve brand storytelling.
- Digital and printed designs.
- Internal and stakeholder communications design.
- Emphasize sustainability messaging, industry networking, and digital engagement to promote company products, culture, vision, and mission.
Tactical:
- Create and manage brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all platforms.
- Develop visual narratives that effectively communicate the company’s mission, product benefits, and environmental impact.
- Translate complex technical or sustainability concepts into clear, appealing visuals.
- Design assets that support both digital campaigns and traditional print media.
- Photo and video editing.
- Produce mockups, 3D renders, and illustrations to help bring products to life.
- Collect market, competitor, and customer trends for biodegradable resins.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.
- Design presentations, reports, and internal materials for stakeholders, partners, and sustainability briefings.
- Support across divisions with custom graphics, illustrations, and visual tools to enhance internal projects.
- Active participation and support in scaling & commercialization strategy across multiple divisions within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Short courses or certifications in UI/UX Design, Motion Graphics, or Branding are a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency, in-house marketing team, or freelance.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, any additional language is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience with Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, or other design tools.
- Knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design for social media, print (flyers, brochures, banners), and digital ads.
- Experience in branding, logo design, packaging, or motion graphics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web design is an advantage.
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail.
- Strong skills in project planning and timeline management.
- Able to interpret briefs and translate concepts into visuals.
- Good communication skills.
- Open to feedback and revisions with a positive attitude.
