Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage process engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality assurance, and maintenance to implement process changes and address operational challenges.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to operators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Identify opportunities for automation and advanced manufacturing technologies to streamline processes and enhance competitiveness.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis to resolve process deviations, equipment failures, and quality issues.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process engineering, and incorporate them into the organization's practices and strategies.
• Foster a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of process engineering activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree should be in sciences, engineering, or similar technical field.
• Years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry should be at least 5-7 years. More experienced candidates are preferred. Exposed to Production, Maintenance, Quality fields.
• Fluent with MS applications (Excel, word, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.)
• Familiar with CAD/CAE 3D; SolidWorks, FEA, ProE, or AutoCAD.
• A basic understanding of analytical methods, quality requirements, & regulatory requirements is needed.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Bahasa and proficient in English (verbal and written communication)
• Knowledge of ERP is an added advantage. 

Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily transactions and accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing for the preparation of periodic financial statements and the corporate periodic report.
• Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
• Manage relationship with external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual financial audit.
• Monitor the subsidiaries financials and manage the preparation of consolidation financial reports on monthly basis.
• Manage the monthly corporate tax calculation and tax report, include annual Corporate Income Tax.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• More than 2 year(s) of same/similar and proven working experience as position required.
• Accounting software experienced with solid knowledge of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS)
• Have experienced in Manufacturing and strong understanding in Cost Accounting.
• Well experienced in Taxation, both calculation and reporting.
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets and using advanced formulas to manage large amounts of data)
• Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Any Professional and Tax Certification will be big plus for this position.
